Account Executive (Winnipeg and Vancouver)

Location: Winnipeg and Vancouver Canada

Summary

As an Account Manager, you would be viewed as a leader in developing and maintaining long-term solutions for our clients. You would act as a liaison between clients and our creative teams ensuring strategies meet desired expectations as well as continuously looking for value-added ideas and continuous improvement with forward-thinking.

Skill Requirements

  • Serving as the liaison between the current clients, prospects and the creative team to ensure planning, brainstorming and experimenting are always on track in order to create a product that is well-designed, functional and always unique
  • Analyze the needs of each customer to optimize their sales based on clearly defined objectives.
  • Identify sales opportunities on the assigned market unit and establish action plans to secure them
  • Consult with inbound leads and put together a needs assessment and services proposal
  • In conjunction with other team members, develop strategic documentation for new projects, including creative brief, project proposals, SEO/SEM analysis and other documentation
  • Highly organized: Manage the maintenance of clients' retainers and budgets, maximizing value for clients

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years sales experience (Agency experience an asset)
  • Proven experience in developing strategies for cold calling and prospecting
  • Experience managing clients and prospects in a CRM
  • Experience managing a content calendar for social media, web posts and other digital marketing efforts
